Classic text ruined by the kindle rendition. Do not buy!

This review is specifically for The Theory of Corporate Finance. The book itself is rather terrific and a classic. There's really not much to be said. However, the kindle version is simply god awful. It's practically impossible to read the figures and tables, which were scanned in and as a result are small and blurry. This is the first time I have owned a textbook with math formulas in them and might also be the last. I don't know if it's simply by nature difficult to render high quality technical textbooks in kindle format. This particular one is a dud. I think it's quite irresponsible of Amazon to carry on selling it at almost the same price as the physical book no less.

Excellently written

This book makes understanding the theoretical "logic" behind various corporate strategies very easy to understand. This book was used as a text for a Ph.D. level finance course. So, if reading comprehension is difficult for you, you may not choose this book, but if you tend to understand complex text and equations, this book is your key. I am even using it to guide my own financial decisions. By understanding some of the strategies that companies utilize and the common rationale, I am more confident about my own investment decisions.
