Finally a plan that not only works, but put me in the right direction to healthy eating for life!

I purchased this plan after reading a excerpt about how unsweetened cranberry juice assists in losing fat cells and diminishing cellulite. I followed the first two weeks to a tee, drinking hot water with freshly squeezed lemon juice before breakfast and dinner, and the long life cocktail of high-lignan flaxseed oil combined with the cranberry water. (You get used to it.) The recipes encouraged me to start my day with a healthier breakfast and enjoy a healthy snack between meals. The results have been amazing, as of today (six weeks after beginning the plan), I am 17 pounds lighter. My skin looks amazing and yes, the cellulite is dimenishing. My stomach is smaller and I no longer feel bloated throughout the day. Keep in mind, although I work fulltime, I do swim every day when I come home...and this was not newly added to the plan. This is proof to me the plan is not only healthy but greatly contributing to my overall health for life.

I love this diet! I've lost 15 pounds in less than two months and I wasn't really overweight.

I had already lost 60 pounds well over a year ago and wasn't loosing anymore weight. I tried everything; Atkins diet, Susan Summers cleansing diet, I ate right and exercised 5-7 days a week. This "Plateau" last close to a year. I lift weights and did cardio all in around 60-80 minutes a workout. I wouldn't have been described as fat, I think most would say I was muscular but I wanted to get lean. This diet is simple if you prepare. I'm hardly ever hungry. I have decided this will be a diet I pretty much stay on permenantly. So I am 5'7" and 49 years old. I weighed 192lbs on July 30th and as of today I am 176lbs. I hardly ever cheated on the diet, that's important. I love this diet. IF you do this diet, FOLLOW THE RULES with regards to Stevia Plus, Cranberry water, and supplements. YOU WILL LOOSE WEIGHT.

Such a treasure find!!!! I have tried many diets, but this one has a purpose and made total sense to me. My husband and I have lost 20 pounds each within a couple of months. The recipes are GREAT! We don't feel like we are on a "diet". I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to live a healthier lifestyle and shed a few pounds in the process.
